About Twenty in Data & Tech

The Women in Data® Twenty in Data and Tech celebrate phenomenal women who lead with courage, make bold decisions, and drive meaningful innovation. Honouring both rising stars and fearless leaders, they recognise those who challenge convention, champion empowerment, and create lasting impact through their passion, leadership, and change.

Countdown to the grand reveal

The theme for Series 8 is Make Your Move. It is a celebration of the women who have the courage to rewrite the rules. Like masters of the chess board, they advance with intention, read the room, anticipate what is ahead and then go and change the game.

‘Make Your Move’ is all about spotlighting industry disruptors and rule-breakers. It’s about taking control of the narrative and transforming traditional ways of working to have real, meaningful impact on the world around us.  

The women featured in Series 8 not only understand how the system works, but also have the courage to reimagine it. They represent the intersection of inspiration, unapologetic ambition, ingenuity, and empowerment. Their stories showcase exactly what is possible for other women in industry, breaking barriers, overcoming adversity, and driving innovation.
