WiDWEEK 2025 brings together inspiring conversations on data careers, essential skills, automation, governance, and data for good.

As we approach WiDWEEK 2025, excitement across the Women in Data® community is electric.

What began as a simple birthday celebration has evolved into a week on our annual calendar – one dedicated to accelerating gender parity in Data and AI. It’s a week designed to promote personal development, career growth, and community connection across sectors.

This year’s theme ‘Connection’ resonates throughout the week. Our incredible brand partners are hosting their own sessions to foster new networks, amplify diverse voices, and strengthen their commitment to building inclusive and equitable data teams.

What’s in Store for WiDWEEK 2025?

Across five incredible days, we’ll host 22 events – 11 virtual and 11 in-person – spanning the UK and India. Every session is designed to educate, inspire, and connect.
