We’re excited to share that Capgemini will be returning to the Women in Data® Flagship event in 2026, marking their third year headlining our mainstage. On 26 March, thousands of data professionals will gather at The Intercontinental, London O2, and Capgemini will once again play a leading role in shaping the day’s conversation.

Capgemini’s expertise aligns seamlessly with one of this year’s central themes: AI adoption in UK. Their return to Flagship comes at a pivotal moment for the UK. Just last month, ahead of the budget the Government announced its plans to boost UK businesses, jobs and investment of AI.

Why Capgemini’s perspective matters right now

As market leaders in the Data and AI market, Capgemini brings deep knowledge of generative AI, helping organisations accelerate adoption, spark innovation and enhance operational efficiency. Their insights shared on the day promise to resonate strongly with our community and can’t wait to reveal more soon.

Fiona Sweeney, Strategy Director at Women in Data® said of welcoming Capgemini back to the mainstage, “we admire Capgemini’s culture of innovation and transformation, which underpins our longstanding relationship. Together, we are making strides towards creating a more inclusive and equitable data and AI industry.”

Fresh, thought-provoking content for 2026

Attendees to Flagship can expect content that is original, timely, and thought-provoking. Designed to inspire the c.3,500 data professionals joining us on the day. It is thanks to our contributors who are consistently raising the bar for quality, relevance, and impact at Flagship, year on year.

Longstanding advocates driving positive change

As longstanding alliances with Women in Data®, Capgemini are powerful advocates for progress within the data and analytics industry, actively championing greater gender diversity.

“Diversity sits at the core of how we build and innovate as an organisation,” explains Elisa Sai, Head of Data & AI Strategy at Capgemini Invent. “Partnering with Women in Data® – and stepping onto the Flagship mainstage again – is a key part of how we help drive progress forward.”
