Why we’ve partnered with Women in Data®

At Dell Technologies, we are proud to partner with Women in Data®, a leading UK community dedicated to closing the gender gap in data and AI. Together, we champion greater representation, opportunity and visibility for women and underrepresented groups across the data profession.

Through this partnership, we support skills development, mentoring and route-to-career initiatives that empower women at every stage of their data journey – from early education and first roles, to leadership positions and board-level influence. We collaborate on thought leadership, community events and practical resources that raise awareness of barriers in the data landscape and highlight the benefits of diverse teams for innovation and better business outcomes.

Our shared ambition is to create a future where women have equal access to data careers, progression and leadership opportunities, and where organisations can harness a broader range of perspectives to solve complex challenges. By working side by side, Dell Technologies and Women in Data® are driving meaningful change in how data teams are built, supported and celebrated across the UK.
