Name: Laura Harrison

Job title: Head of Business Development and Marketing (EMEA)

Expertise: Expert in Collections and Recoveries: Implementation of Behaviour Models, Scorecards, Analytics and Software to allow clients to gain operational efficiencies whilst ensuring a positive and compliant journeys for their customers.

Laura joined Telrock in February 2018 as Head of Business Development and Marketing (Europe) with over 13 years in the UK’s collections and credit market starting from an operational back ground as a collection’s agent to her present position at Telrock.

In Laura’s last role she worked as a Business Development Manager at Callcredit Information Group and responsible for providing data, analytics and consultancy services to a wide variety of financial services clients enabling them to assess, recover and treat customers and their outstanding debts.

Spotlight on Ursula White

Name: Ursula White

Job title: Director of Service Delivery and Governance

Ursula has over 30 years’ experience within the banking and finance sector where she has managed global operations and multi-functional teams.

Ursula joined First Data in 2003 and became the Director, Service Delivery Operations covering all aspects of credit card operations across Issuing and Acquiring from on-boarding through to collections management for all of the outsourced partners.

After spending 14 years in credit card operations Ursula took a change of direction when she joined the Hood Group as Head of Group Operations, Change and Quality Assurance, where she utilised her experience in the Insurance Sector. Here she ran Home and Travel Insurance Operations for large well-known brands, such as Asda, MoreThan, L&G, Santander etc.

Ursula joined Telrock as Director of Service Delivery and Governance where she ensures client service excellence and to drive ongoing service improvement initiatives through the direction of her team In London and Atlanta, USA.
