Women in Data UK is an organisation dedicated to the support of women data professionals at all stages of their careers from graduate to boardroom. Join us at the Chief Data Officer Exchange 26th – 27th March at the Hilton London Syon Park for a ‘Lunch and Learn’ session to see how you can get involved in activities. Women in Data UK originated to fill a gap in the data sector in 2015 and its community has grown to 20,000. We are slowly but surely seeing an improvement on the low (15%) representation of women in data, with more women being appointed at board level. The superior performance of FTSE 100 companies with higher female representation is evidence that blended teams are better for the UK economy. The data landscape is changing and this is your time, so get involved. In attendance at the CDO Exchange are WiD UK founders Roisin McCarthy and Rachel Keane, and Chair, Payal Jain. Talk to them; they’d love to share ideas.
