As they embark on an exciting transformation journey, they are looking for a Head of Data Management and Foundation to join our established CIO team in a hybrid role.

Your Role:

  • We’re on a mission to enhance data-driven decision-making and AI capabilities. As the Head of Data Management and Foundation, you will be pivotal in unlocking the power of data to transform our management practices across the organization. About You:

  • You bring a wealth of leadership experience in fostering a data-driven culture through effective data governance and quality practices, particularly within the insurance industry.
  • Your extensive hands-on experience in data modelling and architecture is complemented by a strategic mindset, enabling you to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
  • Your technical expertise in data management, governance, and foundational platforms is essential, along with proficiency in tools for data governance, quality, and cataloguing.
  • Experience with working within a cloud-based data solution environment will be key to your success; Azure and Databricks advantageous.
  • A DAMA certification is preferred.

If you’re passionate about empowering teams and driving meaningful change through data, we’d love to hear from you!
