Customers Reporting & Strategy Analyst
Joining a newly established team as a Customers Reporting & Strategy Analyst at Drax, you’ll analyse trends in complaint, debt and sales numbers and related key areas, reporting data to management which will be used in commercial decision making.
About the role
You’ll need to confirm and capture stakeholder requirements accurately, transforming data into useful and actionable information to be used in the long term. You’ll be involved in producing, analysing and forming conclusions from data sets, and suggesting recommendations to improve how we work. This will include finding root cause issues and testing ways to best solve them.
The role will involve challenging your colleagues on current processes to ensure that we’re providing high quality service to our customers. It’s an opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business from subject matter experts to our senior leadership team.
It’s a hybrid working opportunity, giving you the chance to work from home 2-3 days per week.
A proactive attitude, numerical and analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail are key attributes needed for this role. You’ll be well equipped to work with complex data sets using Excel, SQL and/or Power BI, whether this is through previous commercial or academic experience. And you’ll feel confident putting forward your own observations, conclusions and recommendations when delivering your findings.
Strong communication skills are essential due to the stakeholder-facing nature of this role. You’ll have the ability to translate complex ideas in a way that everyone can understand.
