This year’s event promises to bigger, braver and bolder than ever before.

The main event will take place in the fabulous space that is The Arora in the Intercontinental O2. The iconic venue offers both scale and flexibility. We can accommodate more than 1000 attendees in the event’s trademark cabaret seating style, with adjacent dedicated exhibitor area, ample attractive breakout and workshop areas, and excellent public spaces for partner promotion.

The day will be jam packed with experts and super-popular hands-on sessions that you can register for separately, nearer the time of the event.

The remarkable year-on-year growth of Women in Data™ is proof positive that we are collectively addressing a gap in the market by hosting a specialist data forum that is so useful and so popular. From the first event of 125 attendees at UCL, we grew to 1000-strong at Central Hall, Westminster in 2018. The large attendance did not affect the event’s characteristic speaker access and networking intimacy, and we aim to provide even more opportunity this year for data professionals to meet, exchange ideas and support each other.

Volunteering

Women in the Women in Data™ community are committed to data and to helping women succeed in the data and technology sectors. If you’d like to volunteer, there are many times and many ways in which you can get involved in our work throughout the year, from event stewarding to data and survey sorting. Apart from at the annual event – where many volunteers help us to coordinate activities – there are many Meet-ups for up to a 100 delegates, and partner programmes, both of which need helping hands or heads. Let us know if you’d like to help. It’s a great way to meet fellow women data professionals.

The success of Women in Data™ since its inaugural event in 2015 has surpassed all expectations. Last year we welcomed more than 1000 data professionals to this landmark UK event, which is the largest of its kind, at the iconic Central Hall in Westminster.

Women in Data™ is very proud of its highly supportive partners. Our partners share with us a commitment to promoting data as a driving force in industry and the value of diversity within the data sector. By working closely with partners we are able not only to stage this huge event, but also to get closer to business programmes that are shaping the world of data today.

Opportunities include speaker slots, session hosting, exhibition spaces, promotion to our 25,000+ members, press profiles and association with the highly successful Twenty in Data Collection, and hosted Meet-ups throughout the year.
